Itginc Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Investment Technology Group, Inc. was a United States-based multinational agency brokerage and financial markets technology firm aimed at a hedge fund and asset management clientele. One of the first suppliers of electronic trading services, ITG launched the industry’s second anonymous electronic trade matching system, POSIT, in 1987 (Instinet Cross was launched in 1986).

A former employee shares his experience on, "Lack of support and training at ITG inc. Job security is poor. Pay does not match work responsibilities. Lack of workplace culture. Work responsibilities would change without any notice or training."

Manager (Current Employee) says

"While the new CEO has a great vision for the firm, and has made good choices in reorganizing the firm, most people have too much on their plate and simply can't get things done. Key people are in back-to-back meetings all day, making it difficult to gain their input to move work forward. Many folks in my area are showing signs of burnout and turnover is a significant problem."
